Technical Support Specialist
Weโre looking for a technical support specialist with writing chops to join our team. You'll be a key touchpoint of SuperHi's customer and student support experience, as well as a mentor to students in our Slack community. If you love to write, have a knack for researching and explaining complex subjects, and consider yourself a generalist with the desire to continue growing and teaching at scale and 1:1, we would like to meet you!
