We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with it, please see below for more information on our refund and return policies.
All incomplete courses will be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of course purchase. For any welcome packs/kits that are already shipped, we'll be able to issue the course refund once the welcome pack is returned. (Students are responsible for the cost of return).
Please take into consideration that for the time being, all courses are available immediately after purchase, and the refund policy terms apply to this timeframe.
Remember that with lifetime access, you can pick up the course again whenever you are ready, and we’re always here to help you learn the course material if you get stuck on a concept. If you're not sure if a course is right for you ask our team, we're here to help you take the best learning path for where you're at and where you want to get to!
We are able to offer a full refund of your membership within 7 days of purchase and if you have viewed less than one hour of course videos. We aren't able to offer a refund in any other circumstance.
If a course isn't right for you and you'd like to exchange it, we're happy to make a one-time exchange within 7 days from purchase. Only 1 course exchange is allowed and exchanges can only be made for courses of equal value.
We do allow course upgrades! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we can provide you with the price difference and get that set up for you.
Memberships are not eligible for exchange.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Memberships are renewed automatically and charged using the card details with have on file for you. If you'd like to cancel a membership ahead of your renewal date, you can do this by going to Student Dashboard > Membership Settings and selecting 'Cancel plan' under 'My plan'.
All physical returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
