Pick a free tier (M0) cluster and host it in an appropriate location (i.e. one that’s the closest to you) for better latency.
Call the Cluster something like Notes
or whatever is a meaningful name for you for this project.
To have credentials you need a database user. This user is created inside your database and is different from your MongoDB credentials.
You also need to add an IP address for MongoDB so that requests for data that come into this specific cluster are authenticated.
