Things we get asked a lot (but that we’re happy to answer!)
All of our courses are unlocked and available for students to start their learning and go at their own pace. We do have a suggested weekly structure for some courses, which helps some students stay on track. However, you're definitely free to jump ahead or take as long as you need!
As soon as you checkout and pay, you'll have all the courses you paid for, in your student dashboard available to you immediately. If you're busy and can't start right away - no worries, you can pick it back up later.
Each course has different requirements but most just need a computer (Windows, Mac or Linux) with the latest version of Chrome installed and a broadband internet connection.
Yes, we do! All you'd need to do is send the links to your completed projects over to email@example.com at the end of your course. We will review them, provide feedback if necessary, and then issue your certificate!
If you'd like to change your password, here's how to do that:
Make sure you're logged in to your SuperHi account,
Click the drop-down caret in the top right of your browser screen next to your profile avatar,
Then click on "Account Settings",
In the window that appears, you'll see the option to adjust your account password.
As a heads up, make sure your passwords match completely. Otherwise, we won't be able to make the password change for you.
We love to see the amazing projects our students make after taking our courses! If you're interested in being featured on our social channels, you can submit your code or design projects to our Student Work Submission Form.
If you'd like to show off your hard work, all you need to do is log into your LinkedIn account, head over to the Education section, and then add "SuperHi" as the school. There's a spot also to include media attachments, which is where some people include their certificates.
We're not accredited at the moment but you'll still be able to add us in by adding the name, as well as fill out the same fields as you would for any other education.
Each profile is meant to be used by the individual who originally purchased the course so please don't share your course access with anyone else.
Our courses are for online viewing only. You'll also need an internet connection to watch the videos and to use tools such as the SuperHi Editor, Figma and Notion.
You can definitely adjust your student email! Just make sure you're logged in, and then:
Head over to the top right of your browser screen and hit the drop-down caret, next to your profile avatar
In the drop down that appears, click "Account Settings"
In the window you're taken to, you'll see the option to change your email.
If you run into any issues with the steps provided, please let us know and we can look into this further!
When you reach the end of a video a little box will pop in from the side letting you visit the next video, there's also a button to turn on autoplay!
You also have the option to switch autoplay off too, if you'd like!

Yes! You can use your own custom third-party domains and connect them to your sites built with our SuperHi Editor. Additionally, all SuperHi sites come with free SSL Certificates for added protection.

If you have a bug or problem with your own code, please email email@example.com with the link to the project(s) that you're working on, or reach out to our live chat team by hitting the button on the bottom right corner.
Your Billing info
If you'd like to access your billing info or need a receipt, we send you a receipt as soon as you purchase a course or collection, double check your spam inbox :)
If you're still unable find it and would like us to resend it to you, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happily forward it to you.
We’re sorry to see you go! In order to go ahead with deleting your account, please email email@example.com with your SuperHi username and email and our team will help out with this!
Note: Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to our SuperHi Editor and any course progress and projects that are associated with your SuperHi account.
